1. Using the service
You may use the free calculators without an account. Premium calculators require an account and an active subscription. You must be at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian, and you must provide a valid email address you control.
2. Nature of the calculations
All results are computer-generated calculation outputs for preliminary checking. They are not certified designs, are not endorsed by a Professional Engineer and must not be submitted to any authority as such. Read the Engineering Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your inputs, for choosing a suitable calculator, and for independent verification by a competent person before relying on any result. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service, resell outputs as your own software, or interfere with its operation.
4. Accounts and security
Sign-in uses single-use email links. Keep your email account secure. You can sign out of all devices from My Account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or for fraudulent payments.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are governed by the Subscription Terms, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The site, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You own your inputs and may use the reports generated for your own projects.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on calculation outputs without independent verification. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
