We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) ("PDPA").
1. Data we collect
- Account: email address, sign-in times, IP address and browser type for security.
- Billing: subscription status and payment records. Card and wallet details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Usage: calculations you run while signed in (inputs, outputs, project reference) and anonymous page-view counts. Free calculators run in your browser and their inputs are not sent to us.
2. Purposes
To provide and secure the service, authenticate you, process payments and renewals, send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, renewal reminders, payment failures), provide your calculation history and reports, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing email without your consent.
3. Disclosure
Only to service providers acting for us (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under contractual safeguards, or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside Singapore; we require comparable protection.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (generally 5 years). Sign-in tokens are deleted within 2 days of expiry.
5. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent (which may mean we can no longer provide the service). Contact our Data Protection Officer at [Contact email — pending configuration]. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for signed-in users and a security (CSRF) cookie. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Security
HTTPS everywhere, hashed single-use sign-in tokens, server-side access control, and audited administrator actions.
